| Exchange Disseminated Time | Summit Securities Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on August 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
For the above purpose and pursuant to the Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (the Code) adopted by the Company for prevention of insider trading under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from July 28, 2015 upto August 08, 2015 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on August 09, 2015.
Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and all other persons covered under the Code are being advised not to trade in the securities of the Company from July 28, 2015 upto August 08, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
