Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for trading in Company’s securities by all the Directors and Designated Employees (as defined in the code) shall remain closed from October 29, 2014 to November 10, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
