State Bank of India has vide its letter dated November 12, 2015, withdrawn the nomination of Mr. Rajeev Kumar Seth, from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect. Consequent to the withdrawal of nomination by State Bank of India, Mr. Rajeev Kumar Seth, ceases to be a Nominee Director of the Company. |
