| Exchange Disseminated Time | Menon Bearings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and declare interim dividend on the paid-up equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2015-16.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from March 04, 2016 to March 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) for specified / designated persons as defined in the Code. |
