1. The resignation of Mr Ved Jain, Mr Anil Agarwal, Ms Alpa Sheth and Ms Kanika Tandon Bhal - Directors of the Company and Mr. Murli Dhar Khattar - Managing Director of the Company.
2. Appointed Mr. Rajiv Sarin, Mr. Ganapathi Ramachandran and Ms. Sutapa Banerjee as Non-Executive Independent Directors of the Company and Mr. Ahmad Mohamad Dabbous as a Non-Executive Director of the Company wef October 06, 2016; and
3. Appointed Mr. Mukund Sapre as Additional Director as well as Managing Director (KMP) of the Company with effect from October 07, 2016.
