| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the earlier announcement dated September 14, 2012, regarding the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay vide its Order dated September 14, 2012 had sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Bajaj Eco - Tec Products Ltd (BETPL) with Bajaj Hindustan Ltd (BHL), Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd has now informed BSE that Certified Copy of the aforesaid Order has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai for registration pursuant to Section 394(3) of the Companies Act, 1956 on October 01, 2012. BETPL has also filed the Certified Copy of the Order on October 01, 2012 and accordingly the Scheme has become effective on October 01, 2012 with Appointed Date being April 01, 2012. Consequently, BETPL stands dissolved without winding-up with effect from October 01, 2012. |
