Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the 'Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and designated Employees of the Company from October 15, 2015 to October 31, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Result for the 2nd Quarter and Six months period ended on September 30, 2015. |
