| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 03, 2013, have approved extension in the current financial year by six months to end on March 31, 2014 instead of September 30, 2013, resulting in extension of current financial year to 18 months, subject to the special permission granted by the Registrar of Companies. The Board also approved change in subsequent accounting years from October - September period to April - March period.
Further the Company has informed that, consequent to the above, for the purpose of clause 41 of the listing agreement, there shall be 6 quarters in the current financial year of the Company ending on March 31, 2014. |
