1. Recommended the Dividend of Rs. 35.00/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year 2013-14. The dividend if approved by shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid on/after July 14, 2014.
2. Resolved to convene the Fourteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company, on July 10, 2014, and approved the underlying AGM notice and related documents. |
