As per the revised report the votes cast by some of the Public Institutions shareholders of the Company had been considered by the Scrutinizer under the category of Public Non Institutions Shareholders due to an oversight.
In the revised report the same has been recategorized. Apart from the above men-tioned change, the report remains intact and there is no overall change in the no. of votes cast or the percentage of the votes cast whether for or against in respect of the respective resolutions proposed.
