| Exchange Disseminated Time | The President of India, acting through and represented by the Ministry of Steel, Government of India is the promoter of Steel Authority of India Limited (the "Promoter") ("Seller") has submitted to BSE a copy of Notice of Offer for Sale up to 20,65,26,264 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Offer Shares"), representing 5% of the total paid up equity share capital of Steel Authority of India Limited (the "Company"), by Promoter through a sale on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd. & NSE Ltd. (the "Stock Exchanges") for this purpose.
The Offer shall take place during trading hours on a separate window of the Stock Exchanges and shall commence on December 05, 2014 at 9:15 a.m. and shall close on the same date at 3:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time ("Offer Date"). |
