1. To consider and adopt the Un-Audited Financial Accounts for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2015.
2. To fix date, time and venue for the 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
3. To consider and approve the Draft Notice for the 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
4. To fix the Book Closure date for the purpose of forth coming Annual General Meeting and for declaring dividend.
5. To consider and approve the draft Director's Report, Management Discussion and Analysis and Corporate Governance Report for the year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's scrip by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from July 22, 2015 to July 31, 2015 (both days inclusive) in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. |
