In this connection, we enclose herewith the following financial results approved by the Board of Directors in today's
meeting which commenced at 2:00 p.m. and concluded at 3:50 p.m.:
1. Unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31,2017, along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon;
2. Unaudited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017,
along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon;
