| Exchange Disseminated Time | Super Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company have by way of Circular resolution passed on April 06, 2009, accorded its approval to conduct a postal ballot as required by the provisions of Sections 293(1)(a) and 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Companies (Passing of Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001 to obtain the approval of the members to sell, lease or otherwise dispose of the undertaking in the "D" Unit of the Company and in the Garments division operating under the name and style of Sara Apparels and Fashions.
Accordingly notice is being sent to all the members of the Company along with postal ballot. The Board of Directors have appointed Sri. M D Selvaraj, FCS, Practising Company Secretary, as Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot voting process in a fair and transparent manner. Duly completed Postal Ballot Form should reach the Scrutinizer before the close of working hours on or before May 20, 20D9. The results of the Postal Ballot will be announced on May 25, 2009 |
