Further, pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the designated persons have been notified regarding the closure of the Trading Window from September 24, 2015 till November 06, 2015 and that the Trading Window shall open on November 07, 2015 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the financial results are made public. |
