1. The Company has completed the Expansion.
2. Demand of Rs 18.74 Lakhs confirmed by CIT (Appeals), Chennai relating to Assessment Years 1998-99 and 2003-04 being interest under Sections 234A/234B/234C under MAT liability is considered as "Contingent Liability" since the Company is confident of a favourable decision in the Income-Tax Appellate Tribunal, Chennai.
3. Approved opening of a Subsidiary Company in U.S.A. |
