| Exchange Disseminated Time | JSL Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:
1. Accepted resignation of Shri Y. N. Vinchrkar, as a Director of the Company, hence he ceased to be a director of the Company w.e.f. close of duty hours on February 10, 2015.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Sudhir Chemburkar, as Additional Director (Independent) of the Company.
3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Jaydev Paneri, as Additional Director (Independent) of the Company. |
