| Exchange Disseminated Time | | HDFC Bank Ltd ("Manager to the Buyback") on behalf of Aptech Ltd ("Target Company") has informed this Corrigendum ("Corrigendum") to the Public Announcement dated July 07, 2013 which was published on July 08, 2013 (“PA'), in connection with the offer for buyback of Equity Shares from the open market through the electronic mechanism of the stock exchanges (“Buy-Back”) by the Target Company. This Corrigendum should be read in conjunction with the PA. This Corrigendum is being made pursuant to the letter issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India bearing reference dated July 12, 2013 (“SEBI Letter”). The capitalized terms used herein and not specifically defined shall have the same meaning as ascribed to it in the PA. |
