| Exchange Disseminated Time | India Motor Parts & Accessories Ltd has informed BSE that the Bonus Issue Committee at their meeting held on September 12, 2012 has allotted 41,59,775 Equity shares as Bonus Equity Shares credited as fully paid-up in the ratio of 1 (one) equity share of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (one) existing equity share of Rs. 10/- each to the shareholders holding shares on September 11, 2012 (Record Date).
Further the Company has inform BSE that allotment of 25 bonus shares were kept in abeyance due to ownership dispute, pending further directions from the Court. |
