1. Mr. Gyan Chand Kotia, Chairman has resigned from the board due to his ailing health and he is not in the Board of the Company with effect from March 18, 2015.
2. Mr. Akhilesh Kotia has resigned from the post of Managing Director and he will continue as the director of the Company.
3. Mr. Akhilesh Kotia has been appointed as the Chairman to the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from March 31, 2015.
4. Mr. Ananchaperumal Pillai Subramonia Pillai has been inducted in the Board and appointed as the CEO of the company with effect from March 31, 2015. |
