1. To declare interim Dividend.
2. To decide Book Closure Date.
3. To consider, approve and adopt Unaudited Financial Results, along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the Quarter ended, December 31, 2015.
4. To discuss the Financials upto December 31, 2015 of wholly owned Subsidiary Company Veto Overseas Private F.Z.E.
Further, as per the ‘Code of Conduct’ formed for the prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares will be closed for promoters, directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from January 13, 2016 to January 20, 2016 (Both days inclusive) to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. |
