| Exchange Disseminated Time | Manaksia Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2014.
Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 28, 2014 and will open 24 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges. |
