| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/10/2015 15:22:21 | GEE Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following:
- To take on record the Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015.
Further, that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 from October 29, 2015 to November 09, 2015. Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. |
