| Exchange Disseminated Time | Vardhman Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the following changes have taken place in the Composition of the Board of Directors pursuant to the resolutions passed in the Board Meeting held on March 31, 2010 :-
1. Mr. Sachit Jain has been re-appointed as the Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. March 30, 2010 to March 29, 2015, subject to the approval of the members of the Company in the Annual General Meeting.
2. Mrs. Suchita Jain has been appointed as the Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2010 to March 31, 2015, subject to the approval of the members of the Company in the Annual General Meeting.
3. Mr. Neeraj Jain has been appointed as the Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2010 to March 31, 2013, subject to the approval of the members of the Company in the Annual General Meeting. |
