| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sicagen India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 26, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and the Profit and
Lass Account for the year ended on that date together with the Directors’ Report and
Auditors’ Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Shri. B. Narendran, as a Director of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. CNGSN & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the current year till the conclusion of the next annual General Meeting, on remuneration, terms and conditions.
4. Appointment of Mr. R. Narayanaswamy as a Director of the Company. |
