| Exchange Disseminated Time | Honda Siel Power Products Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the special resolution, for shifting the Registered Office of the Company from the State of Uttar Pradesh to the National Capital Territory of Delhi and clause II of the Memorandum of Association of the Company be altered by substituting the words National Capital Territory of Delhi' for the words 'State of Uttar Pradesh’.
The Company has appointed Mr. Tanuj Vohra, Practising Company Secretary, as scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot voting process in a fair and transparent manner.
The duly completed Postal Ballot should reach Scrutinizer on or before December 16, 2009. The Scrutinizer will submit his report at the completion of the scrutiny and the result of postal ballot will be announced on December 19, 2009. |
