Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE regarding the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on June 22, 2015 for issue and allotment of a total of 125630 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under:

1. 7620 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000.

2. 19000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.

3. 25480 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.
