| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to earlier announcement dated August 10, 2012 regarding Outcome of AGM, EIH Associated Hotels Ltd has informed now BSE that, due to some inadvertence the no. of shareholders attended in the Annual General Meeting though proxy has been show as 12 instead of 56 in the compliance report under Clause 35A of the Listing Agreement.
The Company has submitted to BSE the revised voting results of the Annual General Meeting in the format specified in the Clause 35A of the Listing Agreement. |
