| Exchange Disseminated Time 11/02/2017 12:24:25 | | Usha Martin Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2017, has approved, subject to requisite Shareholder's consent, for adoption of new set of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association in consonance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, in substitution and to the entire exclusion, of the existing Memorandum of Association and Article of Association. However, the above proposed adoption of new set of Memorandum of Association shall not entail any change of present line of operations of the Company. |
