Kindly note that promoters are not selling any shares and contrary to that promoters have recently bought the shares of the company and given timely disclosures to National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange. The company and promoters have been complying with the provisions and guidelines of the regulatory bodies such as SEBI, NSE, BSE, MCA and other relevant authorities." |
