| Exchange Disseminated Time | Muthoot Capital Services Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Malathy N, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has submitted her resignation to the Company as she is going abroad. The resignation was accepted by the Company and she was relieved from office at the close of the working hours on April 21, 2014.
The Company has appointed Mr. Vinodkumar M. Panicker, Chief Finance Officer, as the Compliance Officer pursuant to Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement on account of the said resignation for the interim period from April 21, 2014 until a new Company Secretary is appointed in place of Ms. Malathy N. |
