1. Appointment of Mr. GR Arun Kumar, Chief Financial Officer of the Company as a Whole-Time Director (Additional Director) on the Board of the Company for a period of three years w.e.f. November 22, 2016, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the next General Meeting;
2. Appointment of Ms. Bhumika Sood, Compliance Officer of the Company as the Company Secretary and KMP of the Company w.e.f. November 22, 2016. |
