| Exchange Disseminated Time 15/09/2016 16:00:22 | With reference to the earlier letter dated August 12, 2016, regarding decision of the Board of Directors of the Company to acquire entire equity stake in its step down wholly owned subsidiary company viz. Peninsula Beverages and Foods Company Private Limited, India (non-material subsidiary) from Company’s wholly owned subsidiary viz Polyplex (Asia) Pte Limited, Singapore, Polyplex Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has acquired the entire equity stake in Peninsula Beverages and Foods Company Private Limited, India.
With the aforesaid acquisition of entire equity stake, Peninsula Beverages and Foods Company Private Limited, India has become direct wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. |
