Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the 'Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and designated Employees of the Company from February 01, 2016 to February 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Result for the 3rd Quarter and Nine months period ended December 31, 2015. |
