| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to earlier announcement dated April 16, 2014 regarding Shareholding Pattern For March 31, 2014, Tarai Foods Ltd has now informed BSE that during the period under consideration, one of the shareholder from the 'Promoter' Category viz Mr. Tej Pratap Singh holding 5,000 Equity Shares.
1. transferred 2,500 Equity Shares in the name of his daughter Jasleen Kaur. Ms Jasleen Kaur also is a shareholder in the 'Promoter' Category.
2. dematted 2,500 Equity Shares in his own name.
These 5,000 shares subsequent to above change were not recognized by the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent as belonging to 'Promoter' Group and was wrongly taken as any other shareholder
Hence the Company has re-submitted revised Shareholding pattern for the said period. |
