- As per CDR package, the Board of Directors approved issuance of 11,70,000 Warrants @ Rs.100/- per warrant, convertible into equal number of equity shares of Rs.10/- each to be issued at a premium of Rs. 90/- to Promoter & Promoter Group on preferential basis if approved by the Shareholders ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 11, 2013. |
