| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/10/2015 16:34:12 | VLS Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Un- audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015.
Further, the "Trading Window" of the Company will remain closed from October 26, 2015 to November 08, 2015 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. It is clarified that "Trading Window" of the Company will remain closed for concerned persons as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. The aforesaid closure of trading window is not applicable for the general investors and the trading will be open for them. |
