1. The Board has considered and recommended the Final Dividend @10% i.e. Re. 1.00/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 subject to the shareholders' approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. The Board has considered and approved appointment of CA Sumit Bajaj as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. May 20, 2016 in place of Mr. Manish Lahoti.
3. The Board has considered and approved the change of Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company ("RTA") from M/s. Sharepro Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. to M/s. Sharex Dynamic (India) Pvt.
