Jyoti Resins & Adhesives Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 05, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited quarterly Financial Result of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016.

The Company has now informed BSE that as per Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 the Board of Directors of the Company had again re-appointed Ms. Meenu Maheshwari as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the year 2016-2017.

Pursuant to the Company - Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading in Securities and fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information”(code), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, designated employees and connected persons covered under the code, from close of business hours of July 29, 2016 to close of business hours of August 07, 2016.
