2. Consider and approved the appointment of M/s Aggarwal Ashwani K. & Associates Cost Auditor under section 233B of the Companies Act, 1958.
3. Considered and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vijay Bansal, Chairman cum Managing Director, of the Company.
4. Considered and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Deepek Bansal, Whole Time Director, of the Company.
6. Considered and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anil Bansal, Whole Time Director, of the Company. |
