The Company has fixed 21st September, 2017 as the cut-off date for the purpose of remote e-voting, for ascertaining the names of the Shareholders holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialization form, who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 11th AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, 29th September, 2017 as well as voting at the said AGM
