Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that the Stock Exchange of the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on March 31, 2015 for issue and allotment of a total of 142,604 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under:

- 26640 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000.

- 8100 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.

- 3670 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.

- 82224 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.

- 21970 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.
