1. To consider Unaudited Financial Results for the three months ended December 31, 2012, in terms of Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement; and
2. To allot 82,35,000/- Zero Coupon Optionally Convertible Preference Shares ("OCPS") of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up aggregating to Rs. 8,23,50,000/- to the Promoter Group Companies on Preferential basis. |
