| Exchange Disseminated Time | Prime Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 27, 2009, has approved the following:
1. the Exercise Price of all the unexercised Options granted under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2007 (ESOS 2007) has been revised at Rs. 38/- per equity share, pursuant to the approval of the shareholders at their annual general meeting held on September 29, 2009.
2. Granted 535,500 Options (against the Options which have been lapsed) under ESOS 2007, to the Eligible Employees and Directors of the Company and its Subsidiary Companies, at an Exercise Price of Rs. 38/- per equity share. |
