| Exchange Disseminated Time | GSB Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2011, inter alia, have transacted the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2011 and the Profit & Loss Account for the ended on that date together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Appointment of Ms. Ritika Biyani & Mr. Sajjan Podar as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. S. K. Rathi & Co., Charted Accountants, Mumbai as the Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. |
