| Exchange Disseminated Time | Omax Autos Ltd has informed BSE that In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, 'Trading Window' shall remain closed from July 22, 2015 to July 28, 2015 (both days inclusive) due to proposed Board Meeting scheduled on July 25, 2015 for consideration & approval of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
During the above-mentioned period, all senior / designated persons whether have contractual or fiduciary relation with the Company such as consultants. Auditors, law firms, analysts, accountancy firms, RTA etc. of OMAX Autos Ltd having been assisting or advising Company, not to be Involved In any transaction of purchase or sale of the Company's Securities. |
