| Exchange Disseminated Time | TRC Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account alongwith Board of Directors & Auditors Report as on March 31, 2011 were adopted.
2. Mr. Ajay Sarupria who retires by rotation were re-appointed.
3. Mr. Harshad Dholakia who retires by rotation were re-appointed.
4. M/s. A. S. P. & Co., Chartered Accountants were appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of retiring Auditors. i.e. M/s. Johar & Kathpalia.
5. Mr. Ramakant Nayak who was appointed as Additional Director by Board of Directors on November 29, 2010 was regularized in this Annual General Meeting as per Section 257 of Companies Act, 1956. |
