The Company proposes to seek Shareholders' approval by way of Postal Ballot for Resolutions mentioned in the Postal Ballot Notice dt.9th December, 2017.
In compliance with the provisions of Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has completed dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice and Form to the entitled Shareholders on 6th February, 2018. We will forward the copy of the newspapers cutting in this regard shortly.
