Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders pursuant to Regulation 9(1) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Employees and other concerned persons and their dependent family members are prohibited from January 27, 2016 to February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
