| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/08/2015 18:25:31 | With reference to the earlier letter dated August 13, 2015, Gokaldas Exports Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2015, has allotted 1,44,995 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 5/- each in accordance with the terms of Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS) 2010.
The Paid Up Share Capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 3,45,94,332 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each to Rs. 3,47,39,327 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each. |
